To ensure reliability, all lighting products undergo rigorous factory testing as well as secondary testing by our team prior to dispatch to minimize the risk of defects.

• Professional Installation: All LED lighting products installed by Digital Hive Ja technicians carry a comprehensive 3-month warranty against defects and performance issues.

• Client/Third-Party Installation: Products installed by the client or a third party are sold “as-is” regarding installation-related issues. Our warranty for these items is limited strictly to unseen manufacturer defects.

5. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase or inaccuracies in pricing or product information.

• Payments must be processed in full before orders are dispatched for delivery.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We offer island-wide shipping across Jamaica. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Requests for returns must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned items have been inspected and approved.

Digital Hive Ja shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, including any damage to vehicles resulting from improper installation or misuse of parts.
